Warehouse Supervisor
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met. This role supervises warehouse personnel, coordinates logistics activities, and supports operational excellence across inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise warehouse personnel and oversee daily workflow operations.
  • Participate in interviewing candidates and making hiring recommendations.
  • Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor employee work activities.
  • Train staff on operational procedures, safety standards, and work methods.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations regarding disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to optimize operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and OSHA safety standards.
  • Serve as a safety leader by promoting and enforcing workplace safety programs and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics supervision.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipping documentation.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
