AI-Driven DevOps / SRE Engineer (Digital Content Platform)

A Global IT Service firm is seeking DevOps Engineers to join the Tech Management Division. 
This role is not a traditional DevOps position. We are looking for engineers who actively leverage AI technologies to fundamentally re-design and improve operational workflows, with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and scalability.
You will support large-scale entertainment services across video, music, ticketing, and digital content, and contribute to building next-generation “AI-driven operations” within a global technology organization.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Kubernetes-based large-scale BtoC production systems
- Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and perform incident troubleshooting
- Act as a technical point of contact for development teams
- Manage OS and middleware lifecycle, including EOL planning and migration
- Design and execute large-scale non-functional tests (load, stress, failure scenarios)
- Identify bottlenecks in high-traffic systems and lead performance optimization
- Build, improve, and automate CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
- Define, improve, and standardize operational procedures and workflows
- Proactively propose and implement system/operation improvements across teams
- Drive operational efficiency and automation using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini), including evaluating and integrating new AI capabilities into DevOps workflows

Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating Linux servers, including command-line operations, user and permission management, middleware configuration, and troubleshooting
- 5+ years of experience in building, operating, and monitoring infrastructure for BtoC systems
- Hands-on experience or solid knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker
- Experience operating or supporting production systems with high availability and high traffic requirements

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
