We are partnering with a well-established, nationally recognised business operating within a growing and resilient industry to recruit a Workers Compensation Case Manager.

This role will see you act as the central point of contact across the entire workers compensation lifecycle. You will work closely with employees, medical providers, and insurers to ensure cases are managed efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on positive return-to-work outcomes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end workers compensation claims from initial notification through to resolution.
  • Act as the key liaison between injured employees, insurers, medical practitioners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and monitor return-to-work plans, ensuring timely and sustainable outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the claims process.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support injury management best practice.
About you:
  • Previous experience in workers compensation, injury management, or claims management.
  • Strong understanding of return-to-work practices and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, empathetic approach with a focus on outcomes.
