What you'll do:
These are hands-on roles supporting a range of businesses with day-to-day IT issues, hardware, software, networking, cloud-based systems and cyber security issues. Ideally this will suit an experienced technician or someone looking to take the next step in their IT career.
What you'll do:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support or cyber security expertise.
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk or managed services or threat monitoring and implementation.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Install and configure computers, peripherals and business systems.
- Manage support tickets and maintain accurate documentation.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Assist or lead IT projects, upgrades and security system improvements.
- 2 - 5 years of experience.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Current Kaseya BMS, Datto RMM and ThreatLocker experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft environments and business systems.
- Networking experience will be highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence.
