System Technical Product Manager (Sensors)

Mission & Responsibilities：

• Ensure the delivered system fulfils the R&D related customer requirements and expectations
• Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary R&D Team at system level
• Responsible for managing specific and cross-functional problems throughout a product lifecycle
• Ensures smooth communication between the R&D Team and customer in regards to all R&D related topics at system level
• Establishes and monitors Level 2 R&D schedule aligned with the customer, the company milestones and the R&D
• Owns the change management process in terms of QCT for all changes related to the R&D scope of the project. Manages the implementation of the changes following the decision of the CCB
• Manages the R&D Core Team to ensures the alignment of all involved development areas.
• Managing a multicultural team across countries
• Play a central role in the timely implementation of root cause analysis and accompany the solution process with the appropriate interface partners

Requirements

• Degree/MSEE or BSEE in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Technology, Mechatronics or Equivalent
• Speak the language of the customer (Japanese)
• Speak English as additional language to be able to make daily and weekly reports and communicate with all concerned the company sites
• International work experience
• Strong communication skill
• Knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive SPICE®)
• Strong experience in Automotive development or Embedded Systems
• Know-how in vehicle bus systems like (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
• Analytical and trend analysis skills
• Knowledge of root cause analysis (FTA..)
• Ability to travel to customers (Japan)
