With branches across Australia, it has built an industrial sales/distribution aftermarket business and supplies the OEM and mining sectors.
About the role
In this “hands on” dynamic, fast paced and challenging role, you will be responsible for developing, staffing and managing the Service Division making sure that all facets of managing a Service Division are adhered to completely and successfully. You will also be charged with building the service division as the business grows. The team currently consists of service technicians, service coordinators and warehouse staff.

Skills & experience

- Previous Service Management experience (ideally within the Compressor industry)
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop a service team and service coordinators
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and calculations
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
- A willingness and desire to continue learning.
