Your Impact
The Lead HSE Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor working alongside leadership and operational teams to:
- Implementation of the HSE Strategic Plan, driving operational actions that deliver real results
- Build influential relationships with senior managers, providing mentoring, technical expertise, and strategic guidance
- Participate in organisational review and change management initiatives
- Apply your conceptual and technical knowledge to analyse evidence and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Navigate complex risks with confidence, developing innovative control measures
- Use data analytics to evaluate safety performance and develop evidence based recommendations
- Provide real time support during incident response, coordinating effectively with senior managers, regulators, clients, and contractors
