Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Administer the Lucidity HSEQ platform and other compliance systems.
- Manage document control, registers, licences, certifications and training records.
- Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding and inductions.
- Monitor workforce competency requirements and track qualification renewals.
- Manage client compliance portals and contractor compliance documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, incident reporting and corrective action processes.
- Produce HSEQ reports, dashboards, KPI reporting and trend analysis.
- Support policy, procedure and SOP development and maintenance.
- Coordinate HSEQ communications, awareness campaigns and monthly HSEQ initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in HSEQ administration, compliance coordination, document control or a similar support role.
- Strong document management and records administration experience.
- Experience using compliance management systems, digital platforms or HSEQ software.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting and data management capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
