I’m currently partnering with a national Tier 2 builder with a strong reputation across commercial new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.

Due to continued growth in their Brisbane business, they are looking to appoint an experienced Safety Advisor to join the team.

The Role
  • Lead safety across commercial construction projects (new build, refurb & fit-out)
  • Act as a key on-site Safety Advisor, working closely with project teams
  • Drive compliance, systems, and best practice across all stages of delivery
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and site personnel
  • Partner with project leadership to support safe and successful project outcomes
  • Join a business with a consistent and secure pipeline of work
About You
  • Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial construction (ideally 5+ years)
  • Strong background across new build and/or fit-out/refurbishment projects
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of site safety
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach with a strong on-site presence
