Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume procurement requests with accuracy
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficiency with procurement platforms such as Coupa, ZIP, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Workday, or similar
• Familiarity with contract databases like IronClad or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
• Ability to multitask effectively and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting high-growth technology companies
• Knowledge of procurement policies and controls within fast-paced environments
• Cross-functional experience with Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding and vendor management processes
• Experience with process improvements and automation initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Relevant procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a plus
• Experience supporting remote teams in a technology-driven organization
