Showroom Host - NYC

Our client, a marketplace and commerce destination, is seeking temp Retail Associates to join their team in Beverly Hills. This is an ongoing, temporary assignment with the opportunity to go perm based on performance and the needs of the business.

Job Duties Include:

• Act as a brand ambassador
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests in navigating the showroom
• Assist guests with questions as they arise and help them choose products by leveraging product knowledge
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and safety guidelines
• Operate point-of-sale system and process guest transactions
• Assist in showroom operations such as inventory receiving, visual merchandising, upkeep of showroom, etc.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Partner with the Showroom team on ways to improve showroom and experience

Job Qualifications Include:

• 6+ months of experience in a retail setting
• Highly motivated with a passion to deliver the best customer experience
• Ability to create genuine and warm connections
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Open availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for duration of shift

Salary: $23/hr
