Qualifications:
- Prior apartment leasing experience
- KNOCK
- Prior experience with tax credit properties
- Strong sales and customer service skills (phone and in-person)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Great opportunity for career growth in property management
