Plastic Press Operator

The Plastic Press Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring plastic molding/press equipment to produce high-quality products that meet production and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic press and molding machines according to established procedures

• Monitor production output to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

• Inspect finished products for defects and remove non-conforming items

• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skill

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Benefits/Compensation

• Full-time position

• Pay rate: $16 per hour

• 3rd shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-to-hire opportunity

• Benefits available after probation period
