EMEA Recruitment is working with a global brand as it looks to hire an interim HR Business Partner to support its Finance, Operations, and IT functions across EMEA.
As HR Business Partner, you will operate across multiple countries, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices that are aligned to company values, as well as contributing to the implementation of regional priorities and projects.
You will be available to start at short notice. This role will be offered as a fixed-term contract until December - we are unable to explore ZZP arrangement for this role.
Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
Partner and coach leaders across Finance, Operations, and IT on employee lifecycle topics
Manage ER cases (performance, absence, investigations, workplace concerns), ensuring a consistent and compliant approach across countries
Support organizational planning and change (structure, roles, communications)
Drive implementation of job architecture/career framework and compensation processes in the business
Coordinate core HR processes with wider HR teams
Experience required:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner - ideally in an international environment
Strong ER capability and confidence operating in multi-country
Proven stakeholder management - able to influence and challenge constructively
