Corporate Development Associate

• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Logistics, manufacturing, transport, supply chain industry is advantageous

Responsibilities would include:

• Work on corporate development projects – JVs, Investments, M&A, Acquisitions, divestitures, strategy development, new business development at the corporate and business unit level  
• Conduct due diligence, financial modelling for potential acquisitions, prepare investment cases, present findings and provide insightful recommendations to senior management/ board
• Work along the senior management, C-suite and head of team to contribute to and lead high-performing project teams
• Manage and track deal progress, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met
• Assist in post-merger integration planning and execution
• Prepare regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information, analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscapes

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Corporate finance, M&A
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
• Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills
• Team player
• Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
