As Business Development Director, you will drive the growth of the HNW business by expanding strategic partnerships across international brokers, private banks, family offices, wealth advisers, and bancassurance channels. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key distributor relationships, and contribute to the firm's long-term growth strategy.

We are seeking an HNW insurance professional with 10–15 years of experience and a proven track record in developing HNW/UHNW business across intermediary and wealth distribution channels. You will have strong knowledge of trust planning, premium financing, wealth transfer solutions, and other sophisticated HNW insurance structures. Exposure to offshore insurance solutions is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate has successfully managed complex opportunities involving underwriting, operations, compliance, and product teams while driving commercial growth through strong distributor partnerships. You possess excellent market knowledge, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills, with an established network across private banks and international brokers considered a significant advantage.
