Roll Former Operator – $20.25/Hour

Location: Columbiana, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Swing Shift

Starting pay is $20.25/hour, with the opportunity to increase to $21.00/hour after six months based on production rate.

Schedule

  • Swing Shift – Must be flexible to work BOTH shifts
  • Day Turn: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
  • Afternoon Turn: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
  • $2.00/hour shift differential for the afternoon turn
  • Possible overtime and Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Operate manual and automatic cycle dies/presses.
  • Use setup chart manuals to make size and tooling changes.
  • Perform adjustments on roll former equipment.
  • Operate a forklift to load steel coils and other raw materials into the press.
  • Perform die setups and maintain product quality.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow setup charts and work instructions.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible to work both day and afternoon shifts.
