Summary

Nesco Resource is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support a local manufacturing facility on a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, and following established warehouse procedures to ensure efficient operations.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay

• $18.00/Hourly

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Palletize finished goods and customer orders

• Shrink wrap pallets for storage and shipment

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks

• Follow work orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Stage, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience operating pallet jacks is preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
