Management Accountant

Our client is a well-established, leading organisation who is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their wider commercial team. This is a high-impact role where you'll be at the heart of key business decisions, working closely with operating units to provide the financial insights and analysis that drive commercial strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering with operating unit teams to prepare forecasts and budgets in alignment with divisional guidelines, incorporating appropriate challenge and analysis
• Conducting comprehensive cost analyses covering allocation, cost-benefit, volume, profit, customer profitability, and life cycle impacts
• Collecting, compiling, and analysing pricing, sales, and market information to support senior management decision-making
• Preparing service and tender price modelling as required
• Assisting with management reporting and formal business performance reviews
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives with a real, measurable impact on operations

 You're an analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. You can gather, interpret, and synthesise data from multiple sources, communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders, and bring a curious, critical mindset to everything you do.

To be considered, you will have:

• Up to 5 years' experience in a management or operational accounting role
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards certification
• Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills; intermediate MS Office proficiency
• Proven ability in pricing strategy, business partnering, and financial modelling
• Strong time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
