Civil Supervisor (Subdivisions)

Our client is a West Australian owned and operated company, becoming an industry recognised leader in delivering a range of land development and civil infrastructure projects throughout the state.

Due to continuous growth, they are now recruiting a supervisor to join the team and supervisor subdivision and civil projects throughout the Perth Metropolitan. 

This is an opportunity to join a well-established civil contractor with a sufficient number of work in the Perth Metropolitan area and a fantastic company culture. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and manage all onsite civil construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and other related tasks.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and projects specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or leading teams on civil construction projects (At least 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and equipment.
• Understanding of Drainage, Sand Import, Utilities & Roads. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications.
• Competent in record keeping and basic computer skills.
