Partnering with our client, a well established civil construction company with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects across the Perth Metro area, we are now looking for a Junior Surveyor to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently completed their surveying qualification and is looking to take their first step into the industry.
Previous site experience is not essential. Our client is willing to invest in the right person, providing hands on training and development to build your skills and train you to their own high standards.
Working closely under the guidance of the Survey Manager, you will gain practical experience across a range of civil and subdivision projects while developing your technical surveying skills. The Survey Manager also teaches at TAFE, providing you with the benefit of learning from someone with strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of surveyors.
About the Role
As a Junior Surveyor, you will work alongside the Survey Manager and site teams, gaining exposure to surveying activities across multiple civil construction and subdivision projects.

- Reading and interpreting plans
- Collecting and recording accurate site data
- Working alongside experienced construction and surveying professionals

About You We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in building a career in surveying and is keen to develop their skills within a supportive and experienced team.
You will ideally have:
- Completed a surveying qualification or relevant surveying studies
- A genuine interest in civil construction and land development
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A proactive approach and willingness to take direction and develop new skills
- White Card and C Class Drivers Licence, or willingness to obtain
- A strong commitment to health and safety
