The Project Services Officer will coordinate project activities from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with organisational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with project planning, feasibility assessments and funding applications.
  • Coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project scope, schedules, budgets and risks.
  • Preparing procurement documentation, including quotations and tenders.
  • Managing contracts and project documentation.
  • Tracking project performance and providing progress reports.
  • Supporting grant administration and acquittal processes.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, community stakeholders and service providers.
About you:
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination, project management or infrastructure delivery.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with procurement, contract administration and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, construction, business or a related discipline are desirable.
