Our client is a leading Electrical Wholesaler based in Ennis, seeking to recruit a Trade Counter Assistant to be part of our busy electrical trade counter and assist primarily electricians with their daily project needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an electrical background who enjoys working with people and wants to join a friendly, professional team.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve electricians and trade customers efficiently at the counter

  • Prepare, pick, and process customer orders accurately

  • Provide expert assistance with technical product enquiries and solutions

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times

  • Support daily warehouse, stock organization, and counter operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Good foundational electrical knowledge or an interest in the electrical sector

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Reliable, motivated work ethic, available 5 days per week

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in an electrical wholesale, builders providers, or trade counter environment

  • Familiarity with common electrical products, wiring accessories, and leading industry brands
