Project Engineer

Design & Build recruitment is recruiting a either a site or project engineer to join our client’s team on on a luxury apartment project. This project has an established and supportive team ready to work with you.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the project management team.
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Managing and coordinating all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
• Conducting regular site walk throughs to monitor progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

What’s Required

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to new build commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
