Site Manager - Commercial

My client is continuing their growth across QLD and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Brisbane team. Renowned for delivering high-quality commercial projects and fostering long-term relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors, they have built a reputation for excellence, integrity and repeat business.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve programme milestones
• Drive safety, quality and productivity across the project
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
• Mentor and lead site staff while fostering a positive team culture

About you:

• Proven experience delivering commercial, education or industrial projects as a Site Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of construction methodology and programming
• Commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
