Role: Planner 
Location: Initially Västerås, Sweden (potentially), with relocation to Helsinki, Finland
Start: ASAP, ideally to be in place ahead of August/September mobilization

Overview:
Salboheds are looking for a mid-level Planner to support a major data centre project in the Nordics. The role requires strong technical planning capability and ownership of the programme from setup through to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, build, and maintain detailed project planning models
  • Work with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) codes to structure and control the programme
  • Own the schedule from initial setup through execution to project completion
  • Monitor progress, identify deviations, and assess impact on the overall programme
  • Update and report schedules to project and commercial teams
  • Support coordination between site teams, engineers, and commercial staff
  • Ensure planning outputs are accurate, structured, and aligned with project delivery strategy
Requirements:
  • Around 4–5 years’ experience in planning roles (construction/civil projects preferred)
  • Strong understanding and hands-on use of WBS structures
  • Proven ability to build and manage complex planning models independently
  • Experience tracking progress and managing schedule impacts of change/deviation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in Helsinki for the main project phase
