Currently, we are recruiting for a Completions Coordinator (m/w/d) for a major industrial project in Huelva, Spain.

This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition from construction to commissioning and final handover, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As Completions Coordinator, you will manage, track, and execute the project completions process, overseeing the Completions Management System (CCMS) and acting as a key interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, Commissioning, and the Client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Completions Management & CCMS Administration: Administer the CCMS database, define system/subsystem boundaries, and track Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC), and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) milestones.

• Punch List Management: Create, update, and track punch items across all disciplines; coordinate reviews, assign actions, monitor closures, and escalate overdue items.

• Turnover Package & Document Management: Verify the completeness of MC dossiers, turnover packages, and vendor documentation; coordinate the collection of test records, QA/QC certificates, and redline drawings.

• Interface & Handover Coordination: Facilitate system walkdowns and on-site inspections; act as the core interface between Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and Commissioning.

• Reporting & Progress Tracking: Generate daily and weekly completions reports, maintain live KPI dashboards, and identify critical path constraints or blockers impacting the schedule.

• Daily On-Site Activities: Attend construction/commissioning coordination meetings, review daily MC progress, organize multidisciplinary walkdowns, and follow up on outstanding inspection records and technical queries.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Completions Coordinator, Turnover Engineer, or similar role in large-scale industrial, mining, or metallurgical projects.

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of MC, RFC, RFSU processes, and engineering phase transitions (S2, S3, S4).

• Software: Proficiency in industry-standard Completions Management Software (CCMS) and advanced Excel/dashboard tools.

• Competencies: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder and client relationships.
