This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Perth’s standout, award-winning builders—well known for delivering beautifully designed architectural double-storey homes and boutique development projects that genuinely stand out.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Producing detailed, high-quality working drawings and sales sketches using ArchiCAD
  • Making sure all designs align with building codes, council requirements, and internal standards
  • Working closely with sales, estimating, and construction teams from concept through to documentation
  • Getting exposure to a mix of custom homes, boutique developments, and government housing projects
What we’re looking for:
  • Around 2+ years’ experience as a Draftsperson within residential construction (builder-side experience ideal)
  • Solid experience with double-storey residential projects
  • Confident using ArchiCAD
  • Good understanding of NCC, R-Codes, and compliance requirements
  • Exposure to high-end or custom home design is a big plus
