Location: Quarry Bay
Working hour: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday: 09:00 to 19:00 (9 hour roster)
Duration: 1 year renewable contract

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls for policy servicing, verification, post-sale checks, and special campaigns.
- Customer Support: Clearly explain basic policy details, answer enquiries, and handle customer objections professionally.
- Documentation & Escalation: Log call outcomes accurately in systems and escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
- Compliance & Quality: Follow call scripts, maintain data confidentiality, and meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Education: High school graduate (Matriculated) or above.
- Experience: 3–10 years in customer service, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector. Outbound call center experience is a plus.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong customer service mindset, detail-oriented, comfortable with phone work, and able to follow guidelines accurately.
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call logging systems
- Good communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- English word processing with 30 words per minute
- Passed IIQE Paper I & III qualification are well regarded
