What You'll Do
- Packing & Shipping: Carefully pack, label, and send out local and international orders.
- Handling Materials: Stack, wrap, and move heavy items, pallets, and inventory around the warehouse, including sending items for inspection.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
- Returns: Receive and log returned items from both customers and suppliers.
- Record Keeping & Admin: Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, assist with shipping invoices, and follow safety rules.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory systems.
- Languages: Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Mindset: Hands-on attitude (comfortable packing and unpacking daily), detail-oriented, organized, and good at problem-solving.
