Sales Account Manager (ADAS)

The Autonomous Mobility and Safety Business Area integrates safety technologies and controls vehicle dynamics to ensure safe and comfortable driving. The objective is to implement "Vision Zero", the vision of accident-free driving. Autonomous Mobility and Safety's components and system capabilities are prerequisites for autonomous mobility.

Position Summary

• Maintain existing ADAS business with the account while also seeking new revenue opportunities
• Continue to enhance key relationships with customer contact points.

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve the revenue target defined by the budget.
• Conduct profit improvement activities, budget neutral (SPC and a PRD).
• Drive the CSA process with high-level of ownership, define growth strategy for the account(s) in charge.
• Achieve the OI target.
• Enhance relationship with the customer(s) in charge.
• Actively participate the team activity to contribute improved performance as the team.
• Proactively attend X-BU, X-Functional activities.Role & Responsibilities

• Bachelor degree or college with sufficient industry work experience
• Direct automotive (OEM) sales experience of more than 5 years
• More than 3 years of sales for electronics devices / applications
• Understand project milestone and have an experience to support project management
• People management experience more than 3 years is a plus (not a mandatory)
• Mandatory to have working experience in a cross-cultural organization. (Minimum 5 years)
• Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and fluent English
