We're recruiting 30 AML Quality Control Analysts to join the team — a great opportunity if you're looking to build a career in financial crime alongside a large, supportive cohort.
What you'll do:
- Review investigation outcomes and decisions across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud and scams for accuracy and consistency
- Support review of Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs)
- Identify patterns, gaps or inconsistencies and escalate where needed
- Take part in calibration sessions to build consistency across the team
- Contribute ideas for process improvement
What you'll bring:
- Some experience in AML/CTF, KYC/CDD, fraud, scams or a broader financial crime/compliance environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment
- Tertiary qualification and/or ACAMS (or similar) is a plus, not essential
