Temp eCommerce Operations Coordinator

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a full-time Temporary eCommerce Operations Coordinator for approximately 1-2 months in New York City (hybrid). This role will help ensure a seamless online customer experience by assisting with order management, operational reporting, system maintenance, and cross-functional coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Americas eCommerce business to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with order management, fulfillment, returns, and inventory-related processes.
• Monitor orders and help resolve operational issues in partnership with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Support system testing, platform enhancements, and new technology implementations.
• Maintain product, pricing, inventory, and customer information across eCommerce systems, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and related platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, retail operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar systems preferred.
• Experience supporting online order management, fulfillment, or customer service operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Pay: $28/hour
