- Manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey from purchase through delivery and returns
- Oversee order management, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service workflows
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external technology, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service partners
- Support platform enhancements, system integrations, testing, and ongoing operational improvements
- Maintain accuracy of product, pricing, inventory, and customer data across e-commerce systems
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to sales, fulfillment, customer experience, and operational performance
- Develop reports and business insights to support leadership decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, finance, retail, technology, and operations teams
- Manage vendor performance, address operational issues, and drive timely resolutions
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, service standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Role Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital commerce, or related business functions
- Luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer products industry experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and digital operations processes
- Experience supporting fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and logistics operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience driving operational improvements
- Experience collaborating with external vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a premium consumer experience
- Ability to travel as needed for business requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Salary: $90K - $100K
