They are a recognized global leader in the space that teaches women how to make fitness and food fit into their life and not the other way around. They help their clients gain the valuable science-based knowledge their clients need to get the results they know they deserve. They are highly organized and structured and are looking for a coach in the field of nutrition, fitness or mindset who can join their team as they coach people all over the world to feel happier inside and out.
Structure & Compensation
A view to working towards going full-time following a probationary period. Part-time can be over a period of 6 months. The goal is to ramp the coach up to 50 clients. All clients you will be coaching are provided. As the coaches develop and become more efficient they do work at an hourly rate; they receive a day rate per client. The job and hourly rate very much depend on the speed of the coach. A more efficient and effective coach will make more than an inefficient and less effective coach at all stages. Below is an example of some average earnings that were achieved by other coaches:
- 0-3 Months - $2500 per month ($23+ an hour)
- 4-6 Months - $5000 per month ($34+ an hour)
- 7+ Months - $8000 per month ($43+ an hour)
Day to Day
- Deliver upon agreed KPIs consistently.
- Attend all mandatory team meetings & training
- Provide scientifically sound nutritional guidance to clients in relation to their diet, centered around the company’s ethos of calories, macros and flexible dieting.
- Provide personalized progressive training plans to clients centered around client ability and environment, keeping them up to date in a timely manner, in line with company process.
- Educate clients on relevant nutrition, training, mindset, habit and lifestyle factors that will benefit them, in a way they can understand and implement.
- Identify present and foreseeable problems with clients and provide remedies on how to solve them.
- Collaborate with all other team members to achieve efficiency in the workplace, and communicate in a timely manner
- Coach a consistent client/ workload, equivalent to 344 points (46 ultimate clients).
- Be accessible 5 days a week (Monday-Fiday), apart from when vacation and absences due to illness have been communicated to the management team.
- Hold relevant qualifications and valid insurance to deliver nutritional and exercise guidance to clients.
- Be committed to continued professional development to stay up to date with best practices.
- Support the coaching team with client cover when required.
- Deliver science-backed, relatable content for clients in the Body Smart Coaching Facebook group and learning zone, to a high standard and on time. This could include social media group presentations and the production of learning material for the community
- Complete invoices 7th of each month for any billable time, on time and in line with company processes.
- Complete 2 months of being coached “as a client” as part of the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Applicants must be from the USA or Canada
- A professional Nutrition & CPT certificate is a requirement (“Health Coaching” is not the equivalent)
- Experience With Personal & Client Macro Counting
- Experience with Online Fitness training or coaching is required
- At least 5000 hours experience either on the gym floor or coaching people this would be 2.4 years working 40 hours a week. For most personal trainers, this is 3-4 years.
- Flexible, able to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends (remote opportunity can work from anywhere),
- Must have a computer, internet connection and IT skills
- Other coaching certification, NLP, psychology, kinesiology is desired
- A good grasp of social media content and a strong online presence is desirable
- Professional qualification in fitness AND nutrition
- To have a professional qualification in fitness, nutrition or coaching
- Willing and capable to build up to 40+ hours per week over 2-4 months
- Results-driven: must have testimonials/portfolio to back up
