This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and month-end support, and who can step in and add value from day one.
This role offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right person, while joining a collaborative and supportive team environment.

About the Role

Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will support day-to-day finance operations across:
  • End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
  • End-to-end Accounts Receivable and debtor management
  • Invoice processing, receipts allocation and account reconciliations
  • Supplier payments and EFT processing
  • General ledger reconciliations and journal entries
  • Month-end support and reporting
  • Customer and supplier account maintenance
  • Managing finance-related enquiries and shared inbox correspondence
  • Supporting process accuracy and timely financial administration
About You To be successful, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Officer / AP & AR role
  • Strong end-to-end accounts payable and receivable capability
  • Experience with reconciliations and month-end processes
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using ERP or finance systems (experience with Business Central highly regarded) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to start immediately or at short notice
