About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tenancy Officer to manage a portfolio of homes and help create successful, sustainable tenancies. You will provide responsive tenancy management services, deliver high-quality customer support, connect residents with local services, and ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation and community housing standards.
