About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse property portfolio. Working within a professional property environment, you will take ownership of asset performance, tenant relationships, financial management, and day-to-day property operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful management and growth of commercial assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of property operations and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Oversee leasing administration and support leasing activities, including lease renewals and negotiations
- Prepare, manage, and monitor operational budgets and financial reporting
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance requirements
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance and tenant satisfaction
- Ensure accurate property records and documentation are maintained.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial leasing practices and tenant relationship management
- Strong financial management capability, including budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Relevant property, business, or real estate qualifications will be highly regarded.
