The Role
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join the team in a varied and hands-on role. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio, building strong client relationships and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of property management operations. This role offers a balance of autonomy and team support, making it ideal for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and documentation
- Monitoring rental arrears and following up as required
- Ensuring compliance with current residential tenancy legislation
- Maintaining accurate records and systems
- Working collaboratively within the broader team
Skills & Experience
- Current SA Property Management Registration (essential)
- Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
