Position Summary

Are you looking for a steady, long-term opportunity in food manufacturing? Core Personnel Staffing Services is partnering with a premier food production facility to hire experienced, detailed-oriented Production Line Operators.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, diagnosing, and cleaning production machinery to ensure a smooth, high-quality packaging and blending process.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation & Setup: Set up and operate production equipment to blend, enrobe, and package food products according to strict customer work instructions.

• Line Configuration: Select and install appropriate forming tubes, settings, and attachments based on daily production runs.

• Sanitation & Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all processing equipment between production runs following strict facility protocols.

• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP standards, and safety procedures to prevent product contamination and workplace accidents.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Shift Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors, and Quality Assurance personnel to follow SOPs and maintain high product standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (Food Manufacturing / Processing industry strongly preferred).

• Language & Math Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals).

• Technical & Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic personal computers, food prep machinery, and lab/testing equipment.

• Physical Capabilities:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work on moving production lines throughout the shift.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

  • Satisfactory sensory skills (vision, taste, and smell) to confirm product quality compliance and sensory standards.
