The Opportunity
Financial Leadership
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, audit and risk management activities
- Ensure strong governance, controls and regulatory compliance
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board to support decision-making
- Lead organisational performance, planning and sustainability initiatives
- Oversee ICT, property, assets, insurance and procurement functions
- Drive process improvement, efficiency and resource optimisation across the organisation
- Support the delivery of strategic and operational priorities
- Partner with the CEO and Board on organisational strategy and future growth
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary corporate services teams
- Manage key external relationships including auditors, regulators and service providers
- Oversee major contracts, leases and commercial agreements
To be successful, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA, CA, or equivalent certification.
- Significant senior finance or executive leadership experience
- Strong commercial, financial and strategic planning capability
- Experience leading governance, compliance, audit and risk functions
- Exposure to property, procurement, ICT or broader corporate services portfolios
- Proven experience working effectively with Boards and Executive Teams
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience within the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded
- Executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO
- Broad portfolio spanning finance, operations and organisational performance
