Injection Moulding

Our partner is seeking experienced Injection Moulding Engineers to join a pioneering project that demands precision, expertise, and a results-driven mindset. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and validation of injection moulding processes, ensuring timely delivery of product schedules.
• Manage the IQ, OQ, PQ phases for up to 30 tools, maintaining strict adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to lay out and execute injection moulding schedules aligned with market needs and compliance standards.
• Take ownership of process implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support the launch of new products.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in injection moulding and process engineering.
• Proven track record in managing injection moulding processes, including validation phases (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Strong understanding of tooling validation, process optimization, and production scheduling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with self-dose injection pen projects or medical device manufacturing.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and audit requirements.
• Additional engineering or automation skills related to moulding processes.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field preferred.
• At least 10 years’ hands-on experience in high-volume injection moulding environments.

Other Requirements:

• This role is primarily onsite in Dublin, with a possibility of remote work one day a week.
• Contract duration of a minimum of 12 months, with flexibility for quicker start depending on experience.
• Rate range: €100 - €115/hr, with options regarding expenses (including or excluding expenses details to be discussed).
• Full IR35 determination to be provided post-spec capture.
