DEFINITION OF GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND LOCATION’S PRESENTATION
Your role is to validate Valeo Bluetooh transceiver unit (BT Trx) behavior on bench test/vehicle test environments for unit level and system level.
For our customer issues, cooperate with system engineers to do first analysis.
Prepare test environments, create and manage test cases, issue Valeo internal detection reports, reproduce customer detected issues. Collect logs and share to system engineer team.

Technical activities:
The position encompasses the following tasks and responsibilities:
●Work together with customer and Valeo to give good quality delivery units at each phase.
●Specify test requirement 
●Plan for testing and measurement of system parameters if necessary
●Prepare a documentation of system to present to the customer and management
●Close coordination with Development center in France or Germany
●Assure application of Valeo standards
Managerial activities (line or functional management):
Non managerial position

Professional contacts (customers/suppliers):
Internal : Permanent coordination with the rest of the R&D team
External : Our customer interface (Japanese OEM)

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS
●Strong link with R&D center based in Paris (France) and Friedrichsdorf (Germany)
●Concidering of your base office is Valeo Japan Tsukuba Technical Center Lab (TTC) (negotiable to work in Omorimachi office). 
●Vehicle test support at customer location will be required by Japan system team depending on items (business trip)
●Business travel overseas will required by development situations.

POSITION
Non managerial position (Line manager: Technical Manager CCC Japan)

●Basic knowledge about SW, tele-communication, validation process
●System engineering view, requiement enigeering (DOORS...)
●Have good communication skills with customers and internal
●Good documentation skills (Requirements, specs, issue report)

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (specify the domain and the number of years)
●Appriciate knowledge with Bluetooth unit development experience
●Onboard electronics systems development for the automotive industry, validation in system level. (2 years)

EDUCATION/DEGREES
University or college degree in engineering, electronics, informatics.

SPECIAL COMPETENCIES (specify the level of proficiency required)
Languages
Japanese (Negotiation level that can communicate with customer)
Fluent in English.

10 years of experince in R&D

Country of Citizenship: No limit. Must have acquired long-term work visa that can work in Japan.
Note: Living in Tsukuba or can commute to TTC is better.
