About the Role
This is a senior, strategic marketing leadership role within a well-established, growing business in the professional skincare and cosmetics space. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of brand strategy and commercial performance across a portfolio of brands, combining the scope of a senior brand manager and senior marketing manager into one high-impact position.
You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that strengthen partnerships with professional clinics, elevate brand equity, and accelerate demand across professional channels. This is a role for someone who can identify a commercial opportunity, build a clear plan to capture it, and lead a team to deliver.
Ideal candidates will have strong strategic capabilities and be people leaders as this role does manage a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set strategic direction for the brand portfolio, aligned to commercial and clinic growth priorities
- Convert business objectives into clear brand plans and annual marketing calendars
- Drive clinic acquisition, retention, and activation through targeted B2B marketing programs
- Lead integrated campaigns across clinic channels, social, events, and traditional channels
- Own end-to-end product launch planning, from strategy through to post-launch performance tracking
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including one direct report
- Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate clear return on marketing investment
- Partner closely with Sales, Education, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment
About You
- 7 to 10 years' experience in marketing or brand roles, ideally across multiple brands, and preferably within a B2B environment
- Experience within cosmeceuticals, cosmetics, skincare, health, wellbeing, or FMCG sectors is highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience leading teams
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen; you ask the right questions about return on investment and back your ideas with a clear plan
- A confident, credible presenter who can pitch new ideas to executive stakeholders
- Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills, with experience producing high-quality reports and strategic documents
- High-level organisation and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, PR, or a related field
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as required
