What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of 8
  • Drive sales, KPIs and store performance
  • Create an exceptional customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Recruit, onboard and develop your team
  • Manage rosters, performance and daily operations
  • Keep standards high across service, visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Oversee stock, administration and loss prevention

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years’ Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience
  • Fashion, footwear, premium or specialty retail experience
  • A strong track record across sales and KPIs
  • Great people leadership and coaching skills
  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • A hands-on approach and plenty of energy
  • The confidence to take ownership and make decisions
