Profile:

  • Age 43-53
  • Japanese national is basically required, with fluent English
  • A Mechanical engineering background is perfect but no needed

Experience:

  • Min 15 years experience in sales in automotive, probably more like 20 years is required.
  • Will currently be in a management position: Senior Sales Manager, Director
  • Requires people management experience (eg team of 5-10)
  • Handled mechanical products (not hi-tech like ADAS)
  • Confident/assertive personality, can push through road-blocks, make it happen
