They are looking for engineers specializing in automotive sensors for autonomous driving and ADAS applications. As one of the leading suppliers of ADAS components globally, they are expanding their operations in Japan to meet growing demand. They are hiring for a Radar Signal Processing Engineer.

You will focus on the functional aspects, including tracking detected objects and validating customer features such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC).

Some specific:

  • Prepare documentation and present verification results of radar signal processing to customers.

  • Analyze and report on radar-related issues.

  • Evaluate and consider radar integration.

  • Conduct real-vehicle measurements and verification through data analysis.

  • Support signal processing verification for automotive radar and assist the platform team with design.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Engineering (Software)
  • Strong skills and experience in Matlab or Python (including NumPy).
  • Fundamental knowledge of signal processing.
  • Experience using electromagnetic field analysis tools.
  • Development experience with automotive electronic components.
  • Knowledge of in-vehicle networks (CAN, UDP).
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English (both at business level or higher).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
