What You’ll Be Doing:
-Tax Credit Renewals and associated duties
-Oversee all operations of a multi-family apartment community, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
-Lead and support on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance team
-Develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy
-Foster positive relationships with residents and handle escalated concerns with care and professionalism
-Manage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, and enforce lease policies
-Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts
-Ensure compliance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
-Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
-Utilize property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) to manage operations and reporting
-Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions
What We’re Looking For:
-1-2 years of experience as a Property Manager in a multi-family environment
-Strong LIHTC skills and experience
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities
-Proven success in managing budgets, increasing occupancy, and improving resident satisfaction
-Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.)
-Solid understanding of leasing practices, maintenance operations, and Fair Housing laws
-High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications (CAM, CAPS, etc.) are a plus
