The Team
Reporting to the Head of People, you will sit at the centre of the organisation’s growth strategy, partnering closely with leaders across Sales and Operations.
These teams represent the largest and most commercial areas of the business, making this a highly impactful role where your work will directly influence the organisation’s ability to grow.
You will work with leaders who are commercially driven, energetic and focused on building high-performing teams. This role will require someone who can build trust quickly, understand different personalities and confidently influence outcomes.
You will not just sit alongside the business. You will become embedded within it, understanding what makes people successful and helping leaders attract the talent they need to continue growing.
The Opportunity
As Talent Partner, you will own the hiring engine for the business, with a particular focus on Sales and Operations recruitment. You will be responsible for building always-on talent pipelines, creating exceptional candidate experiences and helping leaders make better hiring decisions. You will also take ownership of managing agency partnerships and helping to build a PSA.
This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles including Sales Associates, Business Development Managers, Account Executives, Team Leaders, Loan Specialists, Underwriters, Credit Operations, Customer Care, Collections and Fraud Operations as well as others across the business as needed.

You may come from an internal Talent Acquisition background, agency recruitment environment or a combination of both. What matters most is your ability to understand Sales and Operations talent, build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

The Process

- Building proactive talent pipelines across key hiring areas rather than relying solely on inbound applications
- Developing creative sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, referrals, networks and early careers channels
- Supporting graduate and early-career hiring initiatives, including campus attraction and talent pipelines
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand capability requirements and provide market insight
- Coaching leaders through structured interviews, assessment and decision-making
- Improving recruitment processes, systems and ways of working to create a seamless hiring experience
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing challenge and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Managing external agency relationships, including preferred suppliers, recruitment briefs and partner performance
- Helping determine when agency support is required and ensuring external partners are aligned to business needs
- Using recruitment data and insights to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
- Providing regular visibility of recruitment progress and key metrics to senior leadership
