ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the Remuneration & People Operations team as a Workday specialist, with a particular focus on Advanced Compensation, reporting and analytics. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of projects, partnering with People & Development stakeholders to configure, enhance and optimise Workday. With plenty of scope beyond BAU, this role will suit someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and turning people data into meaningful insights.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the Remuneration & People Operations team as a Workday specialist, with a particular focus on Advanced Compensation, reporting and analytics. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of projects, partnering with People & Development stakeholders to configure, enhance and optimise Workday. DUTIES
- Configure and support Workday Advanced Compensation, including plans, eligibility rules and annual review cycles
- Deliver advanced Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields and people analytics
- Build and maintain Workday Prism Analytics datasets to enable deeper people insights
- Maintain Workday role-based access and domain security, supporting audits and compliance requirements
- Support compensation activities including annual reviews, allowance updates and reward reporting
- Test and validate system changes, troubleshoot issues and maintain high standards of data quality
- Partner with Reward and People teams to improve Workday processes and deliver timely outcomes
- Resolve Workday queries and issues raised across the business and People & Development function
- Experience as a Workday Consultant, People Systems Analyst or HR Systems Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, including compensation plans, eligibility rules, review cycles, testing and data validation
- Strong experience creating advanced Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields
- Confidence translating people data into meaningful insights for stakeholders
- Experience maintaining Workday security, including role-based access and domain security
- Understanding of compensation and reward activities within Workday
- Workday Prism Analytics experience is highly regarded but not essential
- A curious, solutions-focused approach with an interest in using technology to improve people services
